Account & Data Deletion
This page provides a public process for CH Sales users who need to request deletion of an application account or associated personal data.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject CH Sales Account Deletion.
- Include your name, company and the username/email associated with the account.
- We may need to verify the request with the customer organization that manages the business account.
What may be deleted
Application account identifiers and personal data under Jrdevconsulting's control can be deleted when legally and technically applicable.
Business records
Orders, collections, invoices, visits or other business records stored in the customer company's Odoo database may be controlled by that company and may need to be retained for accounting, contractual, audit or legal purposes. In those cases, the company administrator determines the applicable retention or anonymization process.
