Jrdevconsulting provides Odoo development, integrations and software solutions, including CH Sales.

Depending on the service used, we may process contact information, account identifiers, business operational data, device/app technical information and location data when a feature such as field visits or GPS explicitly requires it and permission has been granted.

3. Why we process information

Information is used to provide requested services, authenticate authorized users, synchronize business operations, support customers, improve reliability and meet legal or contractual obligations.

4. CH Sales

CH Sales is intended for authorized business users. Business information shown in the app is connected to the customer company's Odoo environment. Location access is used only when required by enabled field-sales features such as visits or routes.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by infrastructure or service providers only as necessary to operate the service or as required by law.

6. Retention

Retention depends on the service, customer configuration and applicable legal or contractual requirements. Business records controlled by a customer company may be subject to that company's own retention obligations.
